Progressive Strength Specific Programming
A specific 3 phased strength and conditioning programme designed for runners.
This programme consists of a library of specific strength and injury prevention training, to help your body be strong and capable of handling your running mileage.
Whether your a beginner, have some knowledge of strength or you feel confident in training, we have 3 levels of training that you can utilise.
If you find yourself with niggles and want to be injury free for running, this is the programme for you.

Run Analysis & Coaching Package
Feel like your running could be smoother, stronger, or just… better?
This package blends in-depth virtual feedback with hands-on, in-person coaching — giving you the insights, structure, and support to improve your running form, move more efficiently, and reduce your risk of injury.
We’ll start with a full video analysis — where you’ll submit footage of your running from multiple angles. I’ll break it down in detail, identifying areas to improve, from posture and stride to ground contact and cadence. You’ll receive a personalised feedback video plus a mobility and strength plan to start implementing right away.
Then, we’ll bring it all to life across three in-person sessions in London, where we’ll work through your movement patterns, run-specific strength work, and technique drills — tailored specifically to you.
This is for runners who want more than a generic gait analysis. It’s a full coaching experience, grounded in biomechanics, strength, and performance — designed to help you feel stronger, more efficient, and more confident in your running.

I've loved so much about the working with Jayne. I think the real key enjoyment factors for me have been trying out new ways of training (which has helped me to learn more about what I enjoy), Jayne's incredible ability to be adaptive to what is going on in my life while still keeping me fit and working smart and the immense confidence I have felt in allowing Jayne to structure workouts for knowing that every movement is intentional and was with a view to getting me race ready in the face of adversity. I have worked with a lot of trainers in the past and to be honest have had very little motivation to continue with them. I now honestly can't imagine training without Jayne. I have already signed up to my next race and I genuinely cannot wait to see what is possible through this next phase of my training.

Jayne is so knowledgeable and has been amazing to work with so far! She really tailors everything to suit your current training/fitness abilities and your goals whilst adjusting for any niggles and changes (or illness) along the way.
Jayne was able to amend my training programme to address any niggles I experienced whilst running/training and was able to reassure me for any issues related to soreness/recovery which is so helpful knowing when to push to see progression and when to hold back to avoid injury. She’s also so happy to work in a way that best suits you (like voice notes in my case as I find it easier to talk through rather than written communication).

My own journey started in elite sport. I was a professional high jumper for over a decade before falling in love with running in 2014. Since then, I’ve blended everything I know from high-performance sport with years of coaching experience to support runners at every level — from first-time 5k-ers to sub-3 marathoners and Hyrox competitors.
